Yesterday and today I sent the zoom invitations via email to EVERYONE, even though yesterday's meeting was technically for students whose last names start with A-L and today's meeting is for M-Z.
I did this for two reasons. First, I confess that it was a time-saver for me (I just clicked "reply all" and re-titled my original welcome message). Second, and much more importantly, I wanted to give everyone the flexibility of attending a live meeting when it works best for your schedule.
